Collaborated with Hatch on the construction of infrastructure for the Niobium Project. Developed project plans with clear objectives and resource allocation, ensured permit compliance and approvals, prepared management frameworks for contractors and established health and safety protocols. Implemented quality assurance, monitored budgets and developed risk management and sustainable practices. The project was halted at an early stage, just before mobilisation to site, due to political uncertainty in Tanzania.
